IP Phone Not Registered

 Should your IP phone report an error "NR" which is abbreviated as Not Registered, please unplug the network cable from the telephone (NET Port ) and plug back in after 10 seconds, please remember, the IP phone can in most cases act as a bridge(switch) between your PC (Personal Computer) and your network switch, so it is important that you close any programs, open on your PC before unplugging the network cable.

Should the above not resolve the problem, please check if other IP phones are also "not registered", this would indicate that the entire system may be off.
